ER智能阻尼器是一种以可控流体-电流变液为主导材料的结构半主动控制装置。本文通过试验验证了Nioos Makric和本文作者提出的ER智能阻尼器力学模型的正确性。在此基础上,通过对ER半主动控制结构的制震效果分析得到了以下结论:(1)ER智能半主动控制结构的制振效果较大地超过了ER被动控制结构和普通支撑结构。(2)要使ER智能半主动控制结构的制振效果较佳,必须合理选择半主动控制的策略。(3)结构的刚度比K_2/K_1,和电流变液参数η_0、τ_v对ER智能半主动控制结构的制振效果有较大影响。
ER intelligent damper is a controllable fluid - rheological fluid-oriented structure of semi-active control device. This paper verifies the correctness of ER intelligent damper mechanical model proposed by Nioos Makric and the author of this paper through experiments. On this basis, through the analysis of the seismic effect of the semi-active control structure of ER, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) The vibration control effect of ER intelligent semi-active control structure greatly exceeds that of ER passive control structure and ordinary support structure. (2) In order to make ER intelligent semi-active control structure better vibration control, we must choose the semi-active control strategy rationally. (3) The stiffness ratio of the structure K 2 / K_1, and the electro-rheological fluid parameters η_0, τ_v have a great influence on the vibration control effect of the ER intelligent semi-active control structure.
