在分析比较现有大齿轮在机测量仪驱动系统工作原理和优缺点的基础上,开发了测头控制比例驱动跟踪技术.该技术不仅适用于大齿轮齿形的在机测量,也适用于大齿轮齿向的在机测量,并可方便地应用于对旧有机械式齿轮量仪的CNC改造等方面.该技术具有跟踪系统简单、跟踪精度高、工作稳定可靠等优点,是一种应用前景广阔的驱动控制方法.
Based on the analysis and comparison of the working principle, advantages and disadvantages of the existing measurement system of the gearwheel in the measuring machine, a probe-driven proportional-drive tracking technology was developed. The technology is not only suitable for in-machine measurement of gear tooth profiles, but also for on-machine measurement of gear tooth orientation, and can be conveniently applied to CNC reformation of old mechanical gear gauges. The technology has the advantages of simple tracking system, high tracking accuracy and stable and reliable work, which is a promising driving control method.
