金顶侧耳Pleurotuscritmpileatus别名榆黄蘑，是东北著名的食用菌。笔者从1981年春开始对野生榆黄蘑进行了驯化培养的实验研究，并获得成功。经过十几年的不断研究，在瓶栽、压块及木段栽培的基础上，摸索出露地生料加木段高产栽培新技术，其生物转化率达200％以上，经济效益非 Golden ear pleurotuscritmpileatus alias yellow mushroom, is a famous Northeast edible mushrooms.
