2014年是全面深化改革的开局之年,进行混合所有制改革,是国有煤炭企业发展的必由之路。混合所有制改革关键在于完善现代企业制度,而人力资源管理是现代企业制度的重要内容。针对国有煤炭企业进行混合所有制改革过程中人力资源管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出通过建立和现代企业制度相适应的用人机制,加强绩效管理,完善激励机制,加强企业文化建设与整合等相关措施,改善人力资源管理的方法和手段,推动混合所有制改革的进行。
