本文报告利用核听诊器测定33例进行性肌营养不良症(Progresive Muscular Dystrophy,简称PMD)的左心室功能,并与24佣正常人进行比较。方法:给病人弹丸式注射放射性核素(~(99m)Tc或~(113m)In)后,采用首次通过法和平衡法,由计算机自动分析,获得射血分数(EF)、心排出量比值(COR)、相对心排出量(RCO)、心率(HR),每博量(SV),舒张期末容积(EDV)、充盈率(FR)、射血率(ER)、高峰充盈率(PFR)参数。结果表明,在心室功能测定的9项参数中,7项指标(EF、COR、RCO、HR、SV、ER、PFR)明显低于正常值,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),2项指标低于正常值,但无显著性意义。本方法对估计PMD的心室功能受损情况、早期诊断和观察治疗后疾病的动态变化,有一定价值。
This article reports the use of a nuclear stethoscope to measure the left ventricular function in 33 patients with progressive muscular dystrophy (PMD) and compared with 24 normal subjects. Methods: After the patient was injected with radionuclide (~ (99m) Tc or ~ (113m) In), the first pass and balance method was used to analyze the data of ejection fraction (EF) and cardiac output (COR), RCO, HR, SV, EDV, FR, ejection fraction, and peak parenteral rate (PFR) parameter. The method for the assessment of PMD ventricular dysfunction, early diagnosis and observation of the dynamic changes of the disease after treatment, have some value.
