目的 研究疏花毛萼香茶菜 Isodon eriocalyx var. laxiflora叶的化学成分。方法 疏花毛萼香茶菜叶经70 %丙酮提取 ,采用硅胶或 MCI柱层析进行分离纯化 ,通过波谱分析 (包括一维和二维核磁共振及质谱 )或直接与标准品对照进行结构鉴定。结果 从疏花毛萼香茶菜中分离得到 15个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :布卢姆醇 A( ) ,2 -醛基 - 5 -羟甲基呋喃 ( ) ,3,4-二羟基苯酰乙醇 ( ) ,咖啡酸 ( ) ,咖啡酸乙烯酯 ( ) ,对 -羟基苯甲酸 ( ) ,间 -羟基苯甲酸 ( ) ,对 -甲基苯甲酸 ( ) ;3,4-二甲氧基苯酚 ( ) ,迷迭香酸 ( ) ,迷迭香酸甲酯 ( ) ,滨蓟素 ( ) ,8-羟基滨蓟素 ( ) ,乌苏酸 ( )和 2α-羟基乌苏酸 ( )。结论 化合物 ~ , , 和 为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of leaves of Isodon eriocalyx var. laxiflora. Methods The leaves of Flos Sophora alopecuroides were extracted with 70% acetone and separated by silica gel or MCI column chromatography. The structures were identified by spectral analysis (including 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectrometry) or directly with standard products. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from F. latifolia, respectively identified as: Blumethanol A( ), 2-aldehyde-5-hydroxymethylfuran( ), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoylethanol ( ), Caffeic acid (), Caffeic acid vinyl ester (), p-Hydroxybenzoic acid (), m-Hydroxybenzoic acid (), p-Toluic acid (); 3,4-Dimethoxyphenol () , rosmarinic acid (), methyl rosemary (), atrini(), 8-hydroxyberbarbitin (), ursolic acid () and 2α-hydroxyuronic acid (). Conclusion Compounds , , and are isolated from this plant for the first time.
