我国现行的收入分配制度所带来的一系列问题在一定程度上是政府“公共性”缺失的反映。文章针对我国收入分配制度,从制度供给不足和制度内容公平性缺失两方面分析政府公共性流失的表现,认为改革收入分配制度,重构政府公共性,应加快政府自我改革的步伐,强化政府公共服务功能,不断提高公共政策的公共性并建立健全公平分配的法律法规体系。
To a certain extent, a series of problems brought by the current income distribution system in our country is a reflection of the lack of government “publicity ”. According to the income distribution system in our country, this paper analyzes the performance of government publicity loss from two aspects: the insufficiency of system supply and the lack of fairness of system content. We think that reforming income distribution system and reconstructing government publicity should speed up the pace of government self-reform and strengthen government public Service functions, and continuously improve the publicity of public policy and establish and improve the fair distribution of laws and regulations system.
