利用有限条法(FSM)计算穿孔冷成型货架柱的弹性屈曲荷载。目前,这种计算方法能够通过有限元法(FEM)精确地实施,因为在分析中明确地考虑了穿孔的影响。然而,由于FSM便于应用、软件使用方便,更常用于冷弯型钢的设计。FSM的主要缺点是孔洞的建模比较困难。研究中,针对穿孔条带使用换算厚度来考虑孔洞的影响。给出了换算厚度公式,并采用特征值屈曲FEM分析得到的荷载对该公式进行了校核。通过对不同约束条件下的货架柱进行分析,验证了该方法的精确性。
Calculation of elastic buckling loads of perforated cold formed shelving columns by finite strip method (FSM). At present, this calculation method can be precisely implemented by the finite element method (FEM) because the influence of perforation is explicitly considered in the analysis. However, because FSM is easy to use, the software is easy to use and more commonly used in the design of cold-formed sections. The main disadvantage of FSM is that modeling holes is more difficult. In the study, the effect of holes was taken into account for the thickness of the perforated strip using the converted thickness. The formula of thickness was given, and the formula was checked by using the load obtained by eigenvalue buckling FEM analysis. The accuracy of this method is verified by analyzing the column with different constraints.
