本文分析了国产30万千瓦直流炉启动旁路系统的一些热力过程,提出了启动分离器产汽量、除氧器水温和给水温度的计算方法;分析了热量回收系统的作用;按本文提出的方法并参照国外运行经验提出了较完善的热量回收时各阶段的热力参数:作者分析了提高给水温度与提高启动过程品质的关系;希望各有关单位共同为提高我国国产30万千瓦机组的启动运行水平而努力。
This paper analyzes some thermodynamic processes of starting a by-pass system in a 300 MW kilowatt-fired domestic kiln and puts forward a calculation method of the amount of steam in the start-up separator, the water temperature of the deaerator and the temperature of the feedwater. The function of the heat recovery system is analyzed. Method and reference to foreign operation experience to put forward the perfect heat recovery during each stage of the thermal parameters: the author analyzes the relationship between improving the feed water temperature and improve the quality of the start-up process; hope all relevant units to jointly improve the start-up operation of China-made 300,000 kilowatts units Level and work hard.
