研究了采用D315弱碱性阴离子交换树脂作为催化剂合成盐酸维生素B1的新方法。该方法是以硫羟硫胺为原料,经双氧水氧化生成硫酸维生素B1后,利用D315弱碱性阴离子交换树脂进行催化合成,经纯化水洗脱后合并流出液和洗脱液,浓缩再结晶至盐酸维生素B1。同时也探讨了温度、纯化水用量、树脂用量以及树脂重复使用次数对反应收率的影响。通过试验确定可以利用D315弱碱性阴离子交换树脂催化合成盐酸维生素B1,该工艺简化了以往的操作,改善了环境污染,适合工业化生产,并大大提升了产品质量和收率。
A new method of synthesizing vitamin B1 hydrochloride using D315 weakly basic anion exchange resin as a catalyst was studied. The method is based on thiohydrin as raw material, oxidized by hydrogen peroxide to generate vitamin B1 sulfate, synthesized by D315 weakly basic anion exchange resin, eluted by purified water, and then combined with effluent and eluate, concentrated and recrystallized to Vitamin B1 hydrochloride. The effects of temperature, the amount of purified water, the amount of resin used and the number of repeated use of the resin on the yield of the reaction were also discussed. Through the experiment, vitamin D3 can be catalytically synthesized by D315 weakly basic anion exchange resin, which simplifies the previous operation, improves the environmental pollution, is suitable for industrialized production, and greatly improves the product quality and the yield.
