本文根据对眼模型模拟激光手术过程的探测,研究了眼科激光手术中等离子体冲击波的产生和发展过程。根据模拟实验结果提出了等离子体冲击波在激光手术中对被治疗眼组织作用和手术中可能对周围眼组织影响的物理机理假设,可较好地解释激光眼科手术中的几种伴生现象,并在临床使用中得到了验证。
In this paper, according to the eye model simulation laser surgery process exploration, the study of ophthalmic laser surgery plasma shock wave generation and development process. Based on the results of simulation experiments, the physical mechanism hypothesis of plasma shock wave on the effect of treated eye tissue and the possible impact on the surrounding ocular tissues during laser surgery is proposed, which can well explain several associated phenomena in laser eye surgery. Clinical use has been verified.
