QT离散度(QT dispersinn,OTd)是体表心电图不同导联间最长。最短QT间期的差值。QT离散度反映心室复极的不一性和电不稳定性。已有临床研究证实QT离散度增加,提示急性心肌梗塞预后较差。但糖尿病合并心肌梗塞QT离散度与预后关系临床研究较少。本文对21例糖尿病合并急性心肌梗塞的患者与38例单纯急性心肌梗塞患者住院期间前3天QT离散度变化加以比较分析,旨在探讨糖尿病合并急性心肌梗塞QT离散度变化与预后关系。
QT dispersion (QT dispersinn, OTd) is the longest between different leads of body surface electrocardiogram. The shortest QT interval difference. QT dispersion reflects the ventricular repolarization disparity and electrical instability. Clinical studies have confirmed that QT dispersion increased, suggesting a poor prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. However, the relationship between diabetes QT dispersion and prognosis of myocardial infarction clinical research is less. In this paper, 21 cases of diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction and 38 patients with simple acute myocardial infarction in the first 3 days during hospitalization QT dispersion changes were compared to explore the relationship between diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction QT dispersion and prognosis.
