中国农学会第九次全国会员代表大会于2007年6月9日在北京二十一世纪饭店隆重召开。全国共有代表300人参加会议。大会开幕式由农业部副部长、第八届中国农学会会长张宝文主持,农业部党组副书记、副部长尹成杰致开幕词,农业部副部长危朝安、原副部长洪绂曾、相重扬、原科技部副部长韩德乾、全国人大农业与农村委员会副主任舒惠国、全国工商联副主席刘永好出席会议。中国科协党组书记、常务副主席邓楠出席会议并讲话,中国林学会理事长江泽慧出席会议并致词。部分省(市)的副省(市)长、人大副主任、纪委书记参加了会议。财政部、人事部、科技部都派人参加了会议。全国著名科学家、两院院士15人参加了会议。
The 9th National Association of Chinese Agricultural Association member congress was held on June 9, 2007 in Beijing twenty-first Century Hotel. A total of 300 representatives of the country attended the meeting. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Zhang Baowen, vice minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and president of the 8th China Agricultural Association. Yin Chengjie, deputy party secretary and deputy minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, delivered an opening speech. Vice Minister of Agriculture Wei Chaoan, former Vice Minister Hong Zengzeng, Han Deqian, former vice minister of science and technology, Shu Huiguo, deputy director of the Agriculture and Rural Committee of the NPC, and Liu Yonghao, vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the meeting. Deng Nan, party secretary and executive vice chairman of China Association for Science and Technology, attended the meeting and made a speech. Jiang Zehui, chairman of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, attended the meeting and made a speech. The deputy provincial (city) chief, NPC deputy director and secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of some provinces (municipalities) attended the meeting. Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Science and Technology have sent participants attended the meeting. Fifteen famous scientists and academicians of the two countries attended the conference.
