血小板相关性IgG(PAIgG)的生物学意义迄今仍未十分明了。大部分原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)病人PAIgG都是增高的,因而认为它可能与血小板的减少有关。但很多非免疫性的血小板减少性疾患,PAIgG也都增高。有人发现PAIgG的高低和血小板的存活期成反比;而在一些PAIgG增高但血小板数并不减少的人中,血小板的存活期又是正常的,表明IgG与血小板的结合并不能决定其存活期。此外,抗体致敏细胞的清除速度与网状内皮(R-E)系统的功能有关。可以设想:PAIgG增高但R-E系统功能正常时,血小板的存活时间一定是短的;而PAIgG
The biological significance of platelet-associated IgG (PAIgG) has not yet been clearly understood. PAIgG is elevated in most patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), suggesting that it may be associated with a reduction in platelets. However, many non-immune thrombocytopenic disorders, PAIgG are also increased. It was found that the level of PAIgG and platelet survival rate is inversely proportional; in some patients with increased PAIgG but does not reduce the number of platelets, platelet survival is normal, indicating that IgG and platelet binding does not determine its survival. In addition, the rate of antibody-sensitized cell clearance correlates with the function of the reticuloendothelial (R-E) system. Can imagine: PAIgG increased but R-E system function is normal, the platelet survival time must be short; and PAIgG
