本文提出了一个在GPC-粘度计联用实验中,用单一多分散待测试样进行特性粘度标定时的加宽改正新方法。改正时使用了聚合物试样GPC谱图的峰底宽V_r及其峰值时的淋洗体积V,以及单分散物质的GPC图的峰底宽V_c。对于线性GPC柱组,在相同特性粘度[η];时,表示改正前淋洗体积V_i及改正后淋洗体积V_i~′之间关系的加宽改正公式为: V_i~′=V_p+[(V_T-V_c)/V_T](V_i-V_p) 上述公式经用宽分布的聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯试样以及几个窄分布聚苯乙烯标样进行了验证,均得到了满意的结果。
In this paper, we propose a new method of widening correction in the GPC-viscometer combination experiment with a single polydisperse sample for intrinsic viscosity calibration. The peak width V_r of the GPC chart of the polymer sample and the rinsing volume V at the peak thereof, and the peak bottom width V_c of the GPC chart of the monodisperse material were used for the correction. For the linear GPC column set, the correction formula for broadening at the same intrinsic viscosity [η]; indicating the relationship between the rinse volume before correction V_i and the corrected rinse volume V_i ~ ’is: V_i ~’ = V_p + [(V_T -V_c) / V_T] (V_i-V_p) The above formula was validated by a broad distribution of polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polycarbonate coupons and several narrowly distributed polystyrene standards, all of which were satisfactory result.
