目的 :研究大黄对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体单价泄漏的影响。方法 :采用大鼠背部烫伤模型 ,监测其细胞色素氧化酶的活力 ,同时测定血浆、肝脏、小肠粘膜及其线粒体内过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)水平。结果 :烫伤后大鼠小肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内细胞色素氧化酶的活力随时间而降低 ,大黄能显著提高细胞色素氧化酶的活力。烫伤后血浆、肝脏、小肠粘膜及其线粒体内SOD大量消耗 ,MDA明显增加 ,而大黄能显著降低组织内SOD的消耗和MDA产生。结论 :大黄能提高烫伤大鼠小肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体内SOD和细胞色素氧化酶的活力 ,降低线粒体内单价泄漏
Objective : To study the effect of rhubarb on the monovalent leakage of mitochondria in intestinal epithelial cells of scalded rats. METHODS: The rat model of back scald was used to monitor the activity of cytochrome oxidase, and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma, liver, small intestinal mucosa and its mitochondria were measured. RESULTS : The activity of cytochrome oxidase in the mitochondria of the small intestinal mucosal epithelium of rats after scald was decreased with time, and rhubarb could significantly increase the activity of cytochrome oxidase. After burns, plasma SOD, liver, small intestine mucosa and mitochondrial SOD were greatly consumed, and MDA was significantly increased. Rhubarb could significantly reduce SOD consumption and MDA production in tissues. Conclusion : Rhubarb can increase the activity of SOD and cytochrome oxidase in the mitochondria of small intestine epithelial cells in scalded rats, and reduce the leakage of unit price in mitochondria.
