目的：观察促智液治疗AD的临床疗效。方法：30例AD患者随机分为实验组（促智液组）和对照组（脑复康组）各15例均治疗90 d,观察相关指标。结果：从简短精神状况检查量表的积分值分析,促智液对时空的判定力、记忆力、计算力、语言运用、生活自理能力等方面,治疗前后的分值比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,用治疗有效率来分析评价疗效,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,促智液对AD的智能改善可能优于西药组。结论：促智液临床治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效满意。
