研究了蒙脱石粒子的大小、介质的 pH值、体系的粘度以及凝胶网络的形成对膨润土胶溶过程的影响 .实验表明 ,当粒径小于 2 μm时 ,吸附了大量Na+ 的膨润土 ,在聚合阴离子的作用下 ,能够充分胶溶 ,且易分散到水中 ,形成稳定的悬浮体系 .因此 ,为制备含水量低 ,同时又具有良好粘流性和稳定性的泥浆提供了实验和理论依据 .
The effects of the size of the montmorillonite, the pH value of the medium, the viscosity of the system and the formation of the gel network on the peptization process of bentonite were investigated. The results show that bentonite with a large amount of Na + Under the action of polymeric anions, it can be fully peptized and easily dispersed into water to form a stable suspension system.Therefore, experimental and theoretical evidences are provided for the preparation of slurries with low water content and good viscous flow and stability.
