在实验室条件下,用聚乙二醇(PEG—6000)溶液模拟干旱条件,测定了10种苜蓿品种幼苗组织相对含水量、地上部分干物质产量、相对生长率、细胞膜透性、过氧化物酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量、叶片持水力、高渗溶液下种子的发芽率、反复干旱幼苗成活率,并作了根、茎、叶的比较解剖。应用主分量分析对这些苜蓿品种幼苗的抗旱性进行了综合评定。结果表明抗旱性强的品种有草原2号、新疆抗旱苜蓿、公农1号、肇东苜蓿;抗旱性中等的品种有准格尔苜蓿、公农2号、草原1号;抗旱性弱的品种有敖汉苜蓿、武功苜蓿、沙湾苜蓿。对苜蓿品种抗旱性作用较大的指标是细胞透性、叶片持水力、游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、高渗溶液下种子的发芽率、反复干旱幼苗的成活率和根中导管数。
Under laboratory conditions, PEG-6000 solution was used to simulate the drought conditions.
