利用淬火热膨胀仪对C92DA钢进行了连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)的测定,对其热处理后的显微组织进行观察,对其硬度进行测定,并对选取部分冷速下的试样进行了扫描电镜下的珠光体片层间距进行观察和测定,拟合回归片层间距与过冷度的线性关系模型。最后对连续冷却转变的冷速与相变温度关系进行拟合,建立相变温度与冷却速率的关系模型。结果表明,其拟合度较高。
The quenching dilatometer was used to measure the continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT curve) of C92DA steel. The microstructure after heat treatment was observed, and the hardness of C92DA steel was measured. The samples under partial cooling speed were scanned The pearlite layer spacing under electron microscope was observed and measured. The linear regression model was fitted to the interlamellar spacing and supercooling degree. Finally, the relationship between the cooling rate and the phase transition temperature of the continuous cooling transformation was fitted, and the relationship between the phase transition temperature and the cooling rate was established. The result shows that the fitting degree is high.
