微型比色计在工农业现场的快速定量分析中,具有很大用处。本文对此课题进行了研究和分析。做了一些理论推导和实验测试。一、单色光源的选择钨丝灯泡属连续全光谱型光源。由于其体积较大,相对红外辐射强度比较高,从而造成单色滤光效果不很理想。另外,电路恒电压或恒电流供电都难以使光源强度得到稳定。针对这些问题,我们采用半导体固体发光器件——发光二极管作为单色光源。它的发光是由固体内部导带载流子受激,进行能级跃迁所产生的。因此,发光的单色性较好,半波峰宽一般要小于5nm,优于干涉滤光片的滤光效果。再则它的电功耗
