林业行业近年来发展比较快,为了实现林业企业的可持续发展,需要采用劳动定额管理的方式,其可以节约劳动消耗,提高劳动生产率,还能提高林业企业的经济效益。劳动定额是衡量员工工作效率的有效手段,加强对员工劳动量的考核,实现工资的合理分配,保证职工劳动收入与实际劳动量成正比。劳动定额管理有利于提高林业企业的管理水平,本文对如何强化林业企业劳动定额管理的方法进行了介绍,以供参考。
