目前,作文批改已成为英语教师和其他文科教师最耗时和最感疲惫的工作。而且,即使付出了许多时间和精力,其反馈效果还是不太理想,使得很多学生学了十多年的英语,却拿不出一篇通顺像样的作文。为此,笔者试图从传承与创新的角度,提出几种想法,以求教于大方。(一)创造人性化的反馈环境,兼顾不同学生的写作水平。所谓创造人性化的反馈环境是指教师应该站在学生的立场上,贴近每位学生的兴趣、爱好和个性特长因材施“评”。
At present, the essay correction has become the most time-consuming and the most tired work of English teachers and other liberal arts teachers. Moreover, even if a lot of time and effort have been paid, the feedback effect is still not very satisfactory. Many students learn more than a decade of English, but can not find a decent essay. Therefore, I try to put forward several ideas from the perspective of inheritance and innovation in order to teach in the generous. (A) to create a humane feedback environment, taking into account different students’ writing skills. The so-called to create a humane feedback environment means that teachers should stand on the student’s position, close to each student’s hobbies, hobbies and personal strengths due to material “evaluation.”
