目的:观察红外线照射对人工流产术后的阴道出血及子宫内膜黏膜修复的疗效和安全性。方法:选择深圳市龙华新区中心医院2013年收治入院的人工流产妇女290例随机分为观察组与对照组各145例,两组患者均在静脉麻醉下行人工流产术,术后常规予以口服抗菌药预防感染;观察组在此基础上予红外线照射,每次30 min,每日1次,共3~7次。观察两组患者阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、首次月经复潮时间、术后3疗程子宫内膜厚度以及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:观察组子宫内膜厚度为(5.6±0.6)mm,阴道持续出血时间(11.7±1.4)天,并发症发生率8.3%,月经转归时间(32.6±2.2)天;对照组子宫内膜厚度为(4.0±0.5)mm,阴道持续出血时间(19.5±2.3)天,并发症发生率35.2%,月经转归时间(44.2±1.8)天;两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后采用红外线照射有利于子宫内膜的修复,减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道流血时间,有利于患者月经周期的恢复,且安全性好。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of infrared radiation on vaginal bleeding and endometrial mucosa repair after induced abortion. Methods: 290 cases of induced abortion women admitted to Central Hospital of Longhua New District in 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 145 cases in each group. Both groups underwent artificial abortion under intravenous anesthesia. After oral administration, Prevention of infection; observation group on this basis to the infrared irradiation, each 30 min, 1 day, a total of 3 to 7 times. The vaginal bleeding time, vaginal bleeding volume, the time of the first menstrual cycle, the thickness of endometrium after 3 courses of treatment and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results: The thickness of endometrium in observation group was (5.6 ± 0.6) mm, duration of vaginal bleeding was (11.7 ± 1.4) days, the complication rate was 8.3% and the menstruation time was 32.6 ± 2.2 days. The endometrium (4.0 ± 0.5) mm, duration of continuous vaginal bleeding (19.5 ± 2.3) days, complication rate 35.2%, and menstrual period (44.2 ± 1.8) days. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: The use of infrared radiation after artificial abortion is beneficial to the repair of endometrium, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the vaginal bleeding time, is conducive to the recovery of patients with menstrual cycle, and good safety.
