目的为了解北京市大兴区用人单位对职业卫生知识及宣传工作的需求,为今后更好地开展职业病防治宣传工作提供依据。方法设计调查问卷,现场调查10个行业的434名劳动者和136名管理者。结果劳动者和管理者最喜欢的3种宣传品为主题宣传画、知识手册和报纸专刊,最关心职业病危害因素对健康的影响及防治措施和劳动者享有的权力,最感兴趣的前3位的宣传方式为专题培训或讲座(29.41%,23.27%)、电视(23.53%,24.19%)和文字类宣传资料(16.91%,25.81%)。38.25%的劳动者和55.88%的管理者认为应加强在视听渠道的宣传,增加社会关注程度。结论应开展多渠道、多形式的职业病防治宣传工作,提供简单生动、通俗易懂的文字性宣传资料。加强视听渠道的宣传和职业病防治知识的专题培训,提高劳动者的自我保护意识和企业的管理水平。
Objective To understand the need of occupational health knowledge and propaganda work by employers in Daxing District, Beijing, to provide basis for carrying out propaganda work of occupational disease prevention in the future. Methods The questionnaire was designed and 434 laborers and 136 managers in 10 industries were investigated on site. As a result, the three types of publicity materials most favored by laborers and managers were themed posters, knowledge brochures and newspapers and magazines, most concerned about the health effects of occupational hazards and their prevention and control measures and the rights enjoyed by workers. The top three most interested (29.41%, 23.27%), TV (23.53%, 24.19%) and literary promotional material (16.91%, 25.81%). 38.25% of workers and 55.88% of managers think it is necessary to step up publicity on audiovisual channels and increase social attention. Conclusion Multi-channel and multi-modal advocacy of occupational disease prevention and treatment should be carried out to provide simple and vivid and easy-to-read textual propaganda materials. Strengthen the audio-visual channel publicity and occupational disease prevention knowledge of thematic training to improve the worker’s awareness of self-protection and enterprise management.
