随着改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的社会生活发生了深刻变化,社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式日益多样化,人们的职业、身份经常变动,新的社会阶层人员大量涌现,人们的思想观念也发生了较大变化。新的形势给基层单位发展党员工作提出了新的课题。文章结合笔者工作单位的具体情况,对基层单位发展年轻新党员的体会着重做到六个表率。基层单位应以对党的事业高度负责的精神,认真做好这项工作。 With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, profound changes have taken place in our social life. The social and economic components, the forms of organization, the forms of employment, the relations of interests and the distribution are increasingly diversified, and their occupations and identities are constantly changing. A large number of new social stratum emerge, people’s ideas and concepts have also undergone major changes. The new situation has given new problems to the work of grass-roots units in developing party members. The article combines the author’s work unit of the specific circumstances of the grass-roots units to develop young new party members to focus on six examples. The grassroots units should conscientiously do a good job in the spirit of being highly responsible to the party’s cause.
