如果一节课做到了以生命为本,以生长为本,以发展为本,以生动为本,就是一节好课。在基础教育阶段,学生如果丢掉分数,就很可能丢掉发展的机会。但如果只有分数,没有综合素质,也不可能拥有美好的未来。我们的教育应该超越分数,滋养学生的德行,强健学生的体魄,启迪科学的精神,培养人文素养,使学生成为一个完整的、幸福的、美好的人。在这种思想指引下我们努力做好“润土培根”工作,为学生的一生负责,做好人生教育。在成就每个“人”的同时,北京大兴七中也成就了自己的“成人之美”。
