目的:研究我国经济发展、基层卫生投入与居民健康之间的关系。方法:对居民健康数据进行邹变点检验,确定分段式模型研究,并对三变量进行分段平稳性检验,检验通过后建立协整回归模型。结果与结论:我国经济发展、基层卫生投入与居民健康之间存在协整关系,并呈现出阶段式特点,第一阶段经济发展对居民健康存在正向影响作用,GDP投入每增加1%,健康水平就会增加0.041%,此阶段基层卫生投入与居民健康之间的关系未通过显著性检验;第二阶段基层卫生投入对居民健康存在负向影响作用,基层卫生投入增加1%,居民健康就会下降0.142%,由此可知,当前我国基层卫生投入未能对居民健康起到一定的促进作用,这也是近期我国医疗体制改革的重点和方向之一。
Objective: To study the relationship between economic development, primary health care input and residents’ health in China. Methods: The residents’ health data were tested by Zou varying point, and the study of the staged model was established. The stabilities of the three variables were tested and the cointegration regression model was established after passing the test. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There is a cointegration relationship between the economic development, primary health care input and residents ’health in China. The co-integration relationship between the grassroots health care expenditure and the residents’ health shows a staged characteristic. The economic development in the first stage has a positive impact on the health of residents. For every 1% increase in GDP, health The level will increase by 0.041%. The relationship between primary health care input and residents ’health did not pass the test of significance at this stage. The primary health care input in the second stage had a negative impact on residents’ health, and primary health care investment increased by 1% Will drop 0.142%, we can see that the current grass-roots health care investment in China failed to play a certain role in promoting the health of residents, which is the recent medical reform in China one of the key and direction.
