当前,通信市场竞争日趋白热化,加之一些通信企业多由老邮电企业演变而来,过去的一些习惯自觉不自觉地左右着他们,因而也左右着市场竞争的结果。由此看来,研究一下习惯,对于企业的发展至关重要。习惯是行为多次重复的结果,是在长时间里逐渐养成的、一时不容易改变的行为倾向,人们往往在不知不觉中由习惯完成了对外部环境刺激的反应。习惯是一个人思想和行为的真正领导者,它让我们减少了思考的时间,简化了行动的步骤,让我们更有效率;也让我们封闭、保守,自以为是,墨守成规。因此,如何看待习惯,是一个唯物主义者不得不面对的现实问题。如何改变不良习惯,培养良好习惯,形成习惯优势以决胜商战,是一个企业家不得不认真研究的重要课题。那么,通信企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中应如何重视和培养团队的习惯优势呢?
At present, the telecommunications market is becoming more and more competitive. In addition, some telecommunications enterprises are evolved from the old postal enterprises. Some of the past habits have left them unconsciously and uncontrollably, thus affecting the outcome of market competition. Seen in this light, studying habits is crucial to the development of an enterprise. Habits are the result of multiple repetitions of behaviors. They are behavioral tendencies that are gradually evolved over a long period of time and are not easily changed at one time. People tend to unconsciously complete their responses to stimuli from the external environment. Habits are the true leader of one’s thinking and behavior. It allows us to reduce the time to think, to simplify the steps for action, and to make us more efficient. Let us also be closed, conservative, self-righteous and conform to the rules. Therefore, how to treat the habit is a realistic question that the materialist has to face. How to change bad habits, cultivate good habits, and form habitual advantages to win business war is an important issue that entrepreneurs must study seriously. So, communications enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition, how to attach importance to and train the team’s habitual advantage?
