目的:探讨培训医护人员应急抢救能力新方法。方法:24名医护人员随机对等分为实验组和观察组,分别进行模拟急救培训和传统急救培训。结果:实验组工作有条不紊,观察组工作忙乱。结论:模拟急救培训法是培训医护人员急救能力的有效方法。
Objective: To explore a new method of training medical staff in emergency rescue. Methods: Twenty-four medical staffs were randomly divided equally into experimental group and observation group, which were simulated emergency training and traditional first aid training respectively. Results: The experimental group worked in an orderly manner and the observation group was in a hurry. Conclusion: Simulating first aid training is an effective way to train first aid ability of medical staff.
