作者测定了41例 IgA/VCA 阴性鼻咽癌患者血清中 IgA 和 IgG 的含量,其均值分别为0.83mg/ml和11.16mg/ml,明显地低于正常人(分别为1.62mg/ml 和20.33mg/ml)和 IgA/VCA 阳性的鼻咽癌患者(分别为1.84mg/ml 和18.45mg/ml).结果显示,IgA/VCA 阴性鼻咽癌患者的体液免疫功能可能处于低下状态,这就说明了为什么这些鼻咽癌患者对 EB—VCA 的 IgA 抗体检测试验呈阴性反应.作者进而推荐对IgA/VCA 阴性患者加做 IgG/VCA 和 IgG/EA 的试验.这在病毒血清学方面实鼻咽癌会有所帮助.
The authors determined serum IgA and IgG levels in 41 patients with IgA/VCA-negative nasopharyngeal carcinoma, with mean values of 0.83 mg/ml and 11.16 mg/ml, respectively, significantly lower than normal (1.62 mg/ml and 20.33, respectively). In patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (mg/ml) and IgA/VCA positive (1.84 mg/ml and 18.45 mg/ml, respectively), the results showed that the humoral immune function of patients with IgA/VCA negative nasopharyngeal carcinoma may be in a low state. Explains why these patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma have a negative reaction to the IgA antibody test of EB-VCA. The authors further recommended the addition of IgG/VCA and IgG/EA to IgA/VCA negative patients. This is true for viral serology. Pharyngeal cancer will help.
