设计了基于二维三角晶格光子晶体的90°弧线弯曲波导以实现Γ-K波导和Γ-M波导的连接。通过在弯曲弧线和Γ-M波导两侧引入缺陷面,形成了具有布拉格反射和全内反射的双重光子局域作用。模拟可得该二维三角晶格光子晶体90°弧线弯曲波导的透射率达90%。
A 90 ° arc bending waveguide based on two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystal was designed to realize the connection between Γ-K waveguide and Γ-M waveguide. By introducing defect planes on both sides of curved arcs and Γ-M waveguides, a dual photon localization with Bragg and total internal reflection is formed. The simulation shows that the transmittance of 90 ° arc bending waveguide of the two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystal is 90%.
