近些年来,极端强降雨天气引发的城市内涝灾害,给各地造成了交通拥堵、财产损失、人员伤亡等不同程度的影响,面对越发严重的排水安全问题,提升雨水系统设计标准是内涝灾害防治的有效途径,然而提标的同时会对建设投资成本、设施规划用地、河道排涝系统等产生影响。以天津市排水排涝系统为例,通过理论计算与模型模拟,对雨水系统设计标准提升引起的各方面影响进行了分析与阐述,该影响性分析为雨水系统设计标准提升方案的决策提供了科学依据与理论支撑。
