目的通过用局部麻醉药于球旁注射，使难以控制的高眼压降至正常。方法用２％利多卡因３ｍｌ加０．７５％布比卡因３ｍｌ加透明质酸酶１５００单位于球旁注射后眼球压迫１０分钟，并观察了１１例患者眼压降至正常所需的时间。结果１１例患者眼压均降至２．５１～３．２５ｋＰａ。结论利多卡因＋布比卡因球旁注射，有效地降低眼压，减轻和缩短了病人的痛苦，为手术赢得时间，减轻病人的经济负担。
Objective By using local anesthetic injection in the ball, so difficult to control the intraocular pressure dropped to normal. Methods 3% lidocaine 3ml plus 0.75% bupivacaine 3ml plus hyaluronidase 1500 units in the ball after the injection of ophthalmic pressure for 10 minutes and observed in 11 patients with intraocular pressure decreased to normal time . The results of 11 patients with intraocular pressure were reduced to 2.51 ~ 3.25kPa. Conclusions Injection of lidocaine and bupivacaine effectively reduce intraocular pressure, relieve and shorten the patient’s pain, win the time for operation and reduce the financial burden on patients.
