最近从溧阳市客运实业总公司职工工资发放单中获悉:该总公司400名职工中拿固定工资、奖金的只有147人,仅占职工总数的36.8%,而其余的253名职工,在企业的各项改革中,成为承包经营者,他们的年收入都不低于吃“皇粮”的科室人员,有的甚至要超过科室人员几倍。这是该总公司几年来坚持“下岗分流,减本增效”而开创的新局面。 在运输市场竞争十分激烈的形势下,不少公路客运企业出现亏损,哀叹日子难过的时候,溧阳市客运实业总公司的经济效益,自1991年至1996年,却连续六年以年平均22%
