[目的]观察归脾汤联合硫酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效。[方法]对照组34例用硫酸亚铁、维生素C等,治疗组34例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加用归脾汤治疗。[结果]治疗4周后治疗组RBC、Hb、MCV、MCHC、SI各检查项目均显著上升(P<0.01),优于对照组。[结论]归脾汤联合硫酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血能快速、有效地纠正患者贫血状况。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Guipi Decoction combined with ferrous sulfate on iron deficiency anemia. [Method] 34 cases in the control group were treated with Guipi Decoction on the basis of the same treatment with the control group in 34 cases of the treatment group with ferrous sulfate, vitamin C and the like. [Results] After 4 weeks of treatment, RBC, Hb, MCV, MCHC and SI in the treatment group increased significantly (P <0.01), which were better than those in the control group. [Conclusion] Guipi Decoction combined with ferrous sulfate can effectively and quickly correct anemia in patients with iron deficiency anemia.
