钒酸铈(CeVO_4)是轻稀土钒酸盐的一种。文献对它的磁性能和晶场效应在室温以下的温度范围作了广泛的研究。本文作者在室温至550℃的温度范围,测量了CeVO_4的电阻R和介电常数ε的温度特性。在室温下,从10Hz～550MHz的频率范围测量了介电常数和损耗角正切值tgδ的频率特性,并讨论了测量结果。
Ceric vanadate (CeVO 4) is a kind of light rare earth vanadate. The literature on its magnetic properties and the crystal field effect at room temperature below the temperature range made extensive research. The authors measured the temperature characteristics of the resistance R and the dielectric constant ε of CeVO_4 at room temperature to 550 ° C. The frequency characteristics of dielectric constant and loss tangent tgδ were measured at room temperature from 10Hz to 550MHz, and the measurement results were discussed.
