经常出差会见客户或参加展会的商务人士,往往有这样尴尬的经历。电脑中有商务资料需要打印时,因缺乏与周遭打印机匹配的驱动程序,而难以完成输出任务。这看似是找不到驱动资源的问题,其根本原因却在于打印驱动各自为战,互不兼容。公司的IT网管也会遇到这样的麻烦。如果办公室里的打印机出了问题,或电脑感染病毒重装系统时,重装打印驱动程序是必不可少的步骤。如果公司很大,这样的操作会使一个IT网管苦不堪言,他们就会抱着一盒子光盘,奔波在不同的打印设备之间。
