由第一重型机器厂承担的国家重大技术装备科技攻关项目—2050mm热连轧机辊道辊筒喷焊研究和同武汉材保所合作研制的喷焊合金粉末,通过了机电部部级鉴定。 喷焊是表面强化技术的一种。第一重机厂对2050热连轧机辊道辊筒喷焊课题进行了研究,研制出全套辊筒生产的火焰喷焊设备,掌握了先进辊筒喷焊工艺,顺利地完成了411支辊筒喷焊生产,使这项技术的应用获得成功。
