本文对根际微生物研究的历史和现状作一简单回顾,综合分析了根际微生物的功能特性及其在农业生产中的意义;论证了不同土壤、不同作物各主要生育期根际反硝化细菌的生态分布、优势种和酶活性与氮素转化的关系。
In this paper, we briefly reviewed the history and present situation of rhizosphere microbes, and comprehensively analyzed the functional characteristics of rhizosphere microbes and their significance in agricultural production.
