研究了5-Br-PADAP 在 H_2SO_4介质中的质子化,并与 IO_3~-和 SCN~-形成紫红色低配位的三元缔合物。在0.4~0.6 mol·L~(-1)H_2SO_4溶液中,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(540)=1.05×10~6L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。IO_3~-在0.0~10.0μg/10 mL 范围内符合比耳定律。其相关系数为0.9997。这一方法可用于化学试剂中微量 IO_3~-的测定。
The protonation of 5-Br-PADAP in H 2 SO 4 medium was studied, and the ternary complex with purple-red color was formed with IO 3 ~ - and SCN ~ -. In the 0.4-0.6 mol·L -1 H_2SO_4 solution, the apparent molar absorptivity ε_ (540) = 1.05 × 10 -6 L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1. IO_3 ~ - Beer’s law is in the range of 0.0 ~ 10.0μg / 10mL. The correlation coefficient is 0.9997. This method can be used for chemical reagent trace IO_3 ~ - determination.
