本文针对高锰铝青铜包内吹氮精炼工艺,在实验室条件下得出了铝合金和高锰铝 青铜液吹惰性气体过程中夹杂含量的变化规律。试验对比了几种净化工艺的脱气除渣 效率,得出了净化效果良好的动态真空精炼工艺。采用Br-甲醇法能够测定铸造铝 合金(Al-Si合金除外)和铸造铝青铜合金液中的夹杂含量。
In this paper, aiming at the nitrogen blowing process in the high manganese aluminized bronze bag, the variation regularity of inclusions in the process of blowing inert gas with aluminum alloy and high manganese aluminate bronze was obtained under laboratory conditions. The experiments compared the deaeration and slag removal efficiencies of several purification processes and obtained the dynamic vacuum refining process with good purification effect. Br-Methanol method can be used to determine the cast aluminum alloy (except Al-Si alloy) and cast aluminum bronze alloy inclusions in the liquid content.
