本文首先简要回顾了国内外对激光虹膜切除的研究和应用情况,然后根据我们在1977年5月前用自己设计的裂隙灯红宝石固体脉冲式激光虹膜切除仪作过的20例24眼激光虹膜切除,从仪器特点和操作方法,病例选择,治疗常规,疗效观察,反应及并发症等五个方面,初步报导了我们作激光虹膜切除的情况。20/24只眼造孔成功。最后就动物实验与人眼的不同反应,影响造孔成败的因素,以及本设计的优缺点作了讨论。
This article first briefly reviews the domestic and foreign research and application of laser iridectomy, and then according to our in May 1977 with their own design of the slit lamp ruby solid pulse laser iridectomy instrument made of 20 cases of 24 laser iridectomy We initially report the situation of laser iridectomy from five aspects of instrument features and operation methods, case selection, treatment routine, curative effect observation, response and complications. 20/24 eye hole success.
