今天,改革开放的政策给我国生产力的发展带来了勃勃的生机,带来了科学的春天。当我们有机会到乡镇企业走一走,我们不仅会为这里的规模、产值、贡献而惊叹,并且也会极其深刻地体会到制约这里经济发展的不仅仅是资金、能源、交通,而更重要的是技术、是人才！江泽民同志在全国科技大会上指出:“科教兴国,是指全面落实科学技术是第一生产力的思想,坚持教育为本,把科技和教育摆在经济和发展的重要位置增强国家的科技实力及向现实生产力转化的能力,提高全民族的科技文化素质,把经济建设转移到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来,加速实现国家的繁荣富强。”在这样的大背景下,成人教育应如何发挥其应有的作用,为促进我国生产力的发展作出努力呢?下面就这个问题谈谈我们在实践中的几点体会。
