为探讨羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后义眼座暴露的治疗方法，选８例病人，先用钻磨器将其暴露的羟基磷灰石义眼座打磨平滑，再用同源供体的新鲜异体板层巩膜和球结膜覆盖义眼座的暴露区。结果显示：８例病人有７例术后６周巩膜结膜移植片完全愈合，安装义眼后外观满意；１例术后１周巩膜结膜植片溶解脱落，２周后取出义眼座。作者认为联合同源异体巩膜结膜移植治疗羟基磷灰石义眼座植入后暴露是效果良好的治疗方法。
In order to explore the treatment of hydroxyapatite orbital implants after implantation of the ophthalmic system, eight patients were selected. The exposed hydroxyapatite prosthesis was first ground and polished with a sharpener, The fresh allogenic lamellar sclera and conjunctiva cover the exposed area of the eyelid. The results showed that 7 of 8 patients were completely healed with scleral conjunctival autograft 6 weeks after operation, and the appearance of the scleral conjunctiva was satisfactory after installation of the prosthetic eye. One case had scleral conjunctival graft lysis one week after operation, and the prosthesis was removed after 2 weeks. The authors believe that the combination of autologous scleral conjunctiva transplantation for hydroxyapatite orbital implantation after exposure is a good treatment.
