在教学过程中学生处于主体地位,教师的教应起到主导作用,故在教学中要把学为主体和教为主导有机结合、统一起来。在教学的双边活动中,教师的教是变化的条件,是外因;学生的学是变化的根据,是内因。教师的教要通过学生的学而起作用。因此,教师要遵循学生的心理特点和发展规律,调动起学生的全部心理因素投入教学活动,促使学生从不爱学到爱学、乐学,从被动学到主动学。只有通过学生积极主动的参与,才能把所要掌握的知识
In the process of teaching, students are in a dominant position, and teachers’ teaching should play a leading role.
