目的利用响应面分析法对大蓟炮制工艺进行优化。方法在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,确定各工艺条件的影响因素,以HPLC测定大蓟黄酮的主要成分变化为响应面和等高线,优选出大蓟炒炭的最佳工艺。结果大蓟炮制的最佳工艺为炮制时间13 min、炮制温度(310±10)℃、投药量100 g。结论响应面方法是一种有效的统计技术,它是利用实验数据,通过建立数学模型来解决受多种因素影响的最优组合问题,应用于中药炮制工艺优选方面非常有意义。
Objective To optimize the processing technology of artichoke by response surface analysis. Methods The experimental factors and levels were selected on the basis of single factor experiments. According to the Box-Benhnken experimental design principle, three-level and three-level response surface analysis methods were used to determine the influencing factors of each technological condition. The main component changes for the response surface and contour lines, the best choice for the thistle carbon technology. Results The optimum technology for processing large thistle was processing time 13 min, processing temperature (310 ± 10) ℃, dosage 100 g. Conclusion Response surface method is an effective statistical technique. It is to use experimental data to establish mathematical model to solve the optimal combination of factors affected by many factors, which is very meaningful for the optimization of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology.
