目的通过分析某区级医院输血病案质量及相关信息,探索规范化管理措施,以保障临床用血病案质量,并为医院临床用血科学管理提供决策依据。方法调取某区级医院2013年-2015年临床用血病案信息进行分析。结果 3264份输血病案中2867份集中在骨科、妇产科等6个科室,占全院临床用血病案数的87.84%,临床用血知情同意书签署存在缺陷占1.99%,病程记录不规范的输血病案占3.89%,输血不良反应发生率为0.86‰。结论输血病案的相关信息具有挖掘意义,可为输血病案质量和用血管理提供可靠依据,对用血排名靠前的重点科室应加强病案书写培训,加强环节质量管理等是用血管理的有效途径。
Objective By analyzing the quality and related information of blood transfusion cases in a district-level hospital, we explore standardized management measures to ensure the quality of clinical cases and provide decision-making basis for the clinical management of blood in hospitals. Methods The data of clinical blood sickness cases in a district-level hospital from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed. Results Among the 3264 transfusion cases, 2867 cases were concentrated in 6 departments of orthopedics and obstetrics and gynecology, accounting for 87.84% of the total number of clinical cases of blood disease in hospital and 1.99% Transfusion cases accounted for 3.89%, the incidence of transfusion adverse reactions was 0.86 ‰. Conclusion The information of transfusion cases has excavation significance, which can provide a reliable basis for the quality of transfusion cases and the use of blood management. It is an effective way to use blood management to strengthen training of medical record writing in the key departments with blood rankings, and to strengthen link quality management .
