目的综述二甲双胍的研究概况与新的应用。方法以国内外研究二甲双胍的论文为依据,进行分析、整理和归纳。结果二甲双胍可能降低血清内脏脂源性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,提高SIRT3活性水平逆转2型糖尿病(T2DM)的不利因素,抗肥胖及改善脂代谢,降低尿白蛋白排泄率,抑制肿瘤改善预后,降低血清内脏脂肪素,降低8-异前列腺素F2α;而且与格列吡嗪、地特胰岛素、瑞格列奈、DPP-4抑制剂、吡格列酮联合用药降糖效果更好。结论二甲双胍可能通过降低氧化应激水平,减少炎症因子的释放,治疗和延缓T2DM及其并发症的发生发展,对于临床治疗T2DM具有重要意义。
Objective To summarize the research situation and new application of metformin. Methods Based on the papers of metformin research at home and abroad, the paper analyzed, sorted and summarized. Results Metformin may reduce serum visceral adipose-derived serine protease inhibitors, increase the level of SIRT3 activity reversing the adverse factors of type 2 diabetes (T2DM), anti-obesity and lipid metabolism, reduce urinary albumin excretion rate, inhibit tumor to improve prognosis, reduce serum Visceral adipose, reducing 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α; and glipizide, insulin detemir, repaglinide, DPP-4 inhibitor, pioglitazone combination hypoglycemic effect is better. Conclusion Metformin may reduce the level of oxidative stress, reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines, and treat and delay the occurrence and development of T2DM and its complications, which is of great significance for the clinical treatment of T2DM.
