针对新疆百里风区大风特性及危害,对比铁路路基挡风墙,提出设计公路新型柔性防护网,分析了柔性防护网的原理和优势,并进行了强风监测与流体模拟,表明新型柔性防护网具有显著的经济、社会效益,具有巨大的市场推广价值,新型柔性防风网为创新型工程,在新疆首次使用。它的使用提高了公路通行能力和服务水平,减小了风害对交通的影响,达到安全、高效行车的目的。
Aiming at the gale characteristics and hazards of Baili wind region in Xinjiang, a new type of flexible protective net for highway design is proposed comparing with that of railway subgrade, the principle and advantages of flexible protective net are analyzed, and strong wind monitoring and fluid simulation are conducted. The results show that the new flexible protective net Has a significant economic and social benefits, with great marketing value, the new flexible windbreak for innovative projects, first used in Xinjiang. Its use improves the capacity and service level of the highway, reduces the impact of wind hazards on traffic, and achieves the goal of safe and efficient driving.
